These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zikukim website, web application, and remote partner program (the "Services") provided by Zikukim ("Zikukim", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
Zikukim provides a dashboard through which participants receive tasks and shareable task links. A participant shares a link with a real person they know who genuinely knows a local business and chooses to leave an honest Google review. When a task is completed and independently verified, the participant may receive compensation as described below.
You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You are responsible for your own taxes and for determining how, when, and whether to perform tasks. There is no fixed schedule, no minimum hours, and no obligation to complete any task.
Reviews must be genuine. Every review must reflect a real, honest experience from a real person located in the United States. You may not create fake reviews, pay people to leave reviews, use bots or fake accounts, incentivize a specific rating, or submit content that violates Google's policies. Violations may result in voided tasks and account termination.

Compensation applies only to tasks that are completed and verified according to our verification process. Amounts, eligibility, and verification criteria may change and are shown in your dashboard. Payouts are available through supported methods (e.g., Zelle, PayPal, Venmo) and are typically processed within approximately 24 hours of a valid request. We may withhold or reverse compensation for tasks found to be fraudulent, duplicated, reversed, or in violation of these Terms.
Earnings vary and depend on the number of tasks you complete that are verified. We do not guarantee any specific level of income. Any figures shown are illustrative and not a promise of earnings.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or created risk or legal exposure for Zikukim or others. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
The Services, including the Zikukim name, logo, software, and content, are owned by Zikukim and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zikukim and its owners, staff, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or earnings, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount of compensation we paid you in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Zikukim operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
