Zikukim operates a remote partner program that connects independent contractors in the United States with tasks that involve sharing links with real people who leave honest Google reviews for local businesses. We are the "data controller" responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

• Legal & safety — where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Zikukim, our users, or the public.

If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive account, verification, and service messages by SMS, and (where you opt in) occasional program updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of non-essential SMS, or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop essential account/security messages.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of your information;
• Opt out of marketing communications;
